About the role
The Customer Experience Coordinator is responsible for delivering an excellent shopping experience at Marshalls. You will lead a front‑of‑store team, ensure courteous service, and promote loyalty programs while maintaining a clean, organized environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee front‑of‑store associates, assigning registers and managing POS coverage.
- Engage with customers, model outstanding service, and address concerns promptly.
- Train and mentor associates on personalized service and loyalty program promotion.
- Coordinate breaks, schedule flexibility, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Support store shrink‑reduction initiatives and safety awareness.
- Communicate priorities and progress with management and team members.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year retail experience with at least 6 months in a leadership role.
- Flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
- Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, adapt to changing directions, and work effectively in a team.
