About the role
Carbon Robotics is seeking a proactive Sales Development Representative to build a qualified pipeline for its LaserWeeder™ technology. Working remotely, you will engage target accounts through multi‑touch outreach, delivering relevant content that drives meetings and fuels revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end prospecting activities, including account, contact, and lead management in HubSpot CRM.
- Achieve or exceed lead‑generation and meeting quotas using email, phone, LinkedIn, and text messaging.
- Craft strategic, consultative outreach sequences that showcase the benefits of laser‑based weed control.
- Collaborate closely with Field Sales, Marketing, and other internal teams to align messaging and support the sales cycle.
- Track and report outreach metrics, maintaining a data‑driven pipeline.
- Stay informed on product features, farming challenges, and industry trends.
Required profile
- Self‑motivated and able to manage a personal pipeline with minimal supervision.
- Strong active‑listening and consultative selling abilities.
- Comfortable with high‑volume outbound calling and multi‑channel communication.
- Willingness to roll up sleeves and work cross‑functionally with sales and marketing teams.
