Area Supervisor

About the role

The Area Supervisor is a key member of the store leadership team, responsible for overseeing a designated area of the store and acting as Manager on Duty when needed. This role ensures a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for customers and associates while driving operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Open and close the store, managing all related procedures.
• Supervise and coach associates to deliver excellent customer service.
• Maintain merchandise presentation standards and a tidy work area.
• Ensure safety and security of the store, including entrance/exit control, EAS device checks, cash office security, and emergency procedures.
• Respond to safety incidents, report unsafe conditions, and conduct fire alarm tests.
• Execute company operational processes and support daily store functions.
