Customer Business Representative – Entry Level

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Customer Business Representative to join our remote team. In this entry‑level position you will support order fulfillment and customer operations for assigned accounts, helping to strengthen relationships and drive growth in a fast‑paced CPG environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately using EDI and ERP systems.
• Serve as the primary contact for assigned customers, answering questions and resolving issues.
• Track orders from receipt through delivery and monitor service metrics such as OTIF.
• Research order discrepancies, billing questions, and customer concerns.
• Communicate customer feedback to internal teams and support cross‑functional collaboration.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and order details.
• Assist with reports, special projects, and develop core business skills.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
• 2+ years in customer service, sales support, account coordination, or supply‑chain support.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Availability during standard business hours.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with EDI order processing.
