Customer Activation Manager – Strategic Enterprise

About the role

Ramp is looking for a Customer Activation Manager to lead transformation of finance workflows for its largest enterprise customers. You will own the end‑to‑end change management journey, driving measurable business outcomes and deep adoption of Ramp’s AI‑powered finance platform.

Key responsibilities

• Guide enterprise clients from implementation through full workflow adoption, ensuring rapid time‑to‑value and quantifiable ROI.
• Design and execute change‑management strategies: map stakeholders, diagnose resistance, build coalitions, and drive adoption.
• Quantify impact in CFO‑focused terms such as cycle‑time reduction, spend visibility, variance reduction and overall ROI.
• Maintain executive‑level relationships across multiple layers of the customer organization, including independent C‑suite engagement.
• Leverage AI tools daily to prepare calls, synthesize data, create materials, and identify account risk.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Technical Consulting to deliver seamless implementations and expand Ramp’s footprint.
• Feed customer insights back to Product to shape future roadmap.

Required profile

• 7+ years in enterprise customer success, implementations or change management with proven workflow adoption results.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate financial impact to CFOs and senior finance leaders.
• Fluent daily use of AI tools for productivity and analysis.
• Technical credibility to discuss integrations, APIs and workflow architecture with product and engineering teams.
