Customer Activation Manager – Scaled

About the role

Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams and is looking for a Customer Activation Manager to own onboarding, activation, and growth of its self‑service customers. As an early member of the Scaled Customer Success team, you will help shape the implementation motion and drive activation and retention at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Become an expert in Ramp’s integration and configuration options and ensure efficient, thorough onboarding of new customers at scale.
• Own micro‑SMB and SMB accounts 1:1, guiding them to fully onboard within 60 days with fewer than two calls.
• Balance multiple tasks across implementation, follow‑up, and proactive outreach.
• Partner with Product to surface customer feedback and prioritize pain points.
• Identify automation opportunities to scale the onboarding process.
• Maintain industry‑leading customer satisfaction rates.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, customer success, or product operations within a B2B organization.
• Proven track record meeting weekly or monthly KPIs.
• Experience managing a high‑volume book of 100+ customers.
• Strong project and time management skills.
• Desire for ownership and growth in the role.

Required skills

• Experience with accounting software such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage.
