Customer Activation Manager – Mid-Market

About the role

Ramp is looking for a Mid-Market Customer Activation Manager to drive finance workflow transformation for a portfolio of ~45 mid‑market customers. You will own the end‑to‑end activation journey, ensuring rapid time‑to‑value and measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead customers through implementation to full workflow adoption, accountable for time‑to‑value and ROI.
• Design and execute change‑management strategies, map stakeholders, diagnose resistance, and build internal coalitions.
• Quantify and communicate impact in CFO‑focused financial terms such as spend visibility, variance reduction, and cycle improvement.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Technical Consulting to deliver seamless implementations and expand footprint.
• Provide customer insights to Product teams to shape future roadmap.

Required profile

• 5+ years of customer‑facing experience in success, consulting or implementations with a proven record of driving outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate stakeholder resistance and achieve measurable workflow adoption.
• Fluency in using AI tools daily for preparation, synthesis, and automation.
• Strong communication of financial impact and ability to influence finance leadership.

• Salary range $128,000‑$176,000 (NYC/SF) or $115,000‑$158,300 elsewhere.
