Contract Sourcer

About the role

Rox is an AI-native B2B revenue intelligence startup in rapid growth, expanding its Talent team. We are looking for a contract Sourcer to join our San Francisco office, working closely with the Head of Talent to build and manage candidate pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Source and pipeline candidates end‑to‑end using AI‑native tools, LinkedIn, and creative channels.
• Own outreach volume and quality, delivering personalized, on‑brand communication.
• Maintain Ashby CRM with up‑to‑date stages, sharp notes, and visible pipelines.
• Partner daily with the Head of Talent on priorities, targeting, and follow‑through.
• Surface strong profiles with judgment rather than mass lists.
• Represent Rox in every candidate touchpoint as a face of the company.

Required profile

• Proven sourcing experience (agency or in‑house) with a track record of building real pipelines.
• Comfortable as a contractor: high ownership, fast start, clear output.
• Operator mindset: act without perfect briefs, ask questions, then build.
• High‑impact mindset: seek leverage everywhere, not limited by title or scope.
• Strong interpersonal skills: treat people well while delivering results.
• Experience with modern recruiting tools and AI‑native workflows.
