Consultant Product Manager – Human Capital Solutions

About the role

Join Deloitte’s Human Capital Forward team as a Consultant Product Manager. You will own and prioritize the product backlog for a specific product or platform, translating strategy and stakeholder input into actionable requirements that drive measurable value.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a single, prioritized product backlog and convert strategy into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Refine and re‑prioritize backlog based on business value, dependencies, risk, and stakeholder input.
• Partner with delivery leads, Scrum Masters, engineering and design teams to plan and execute delivery increments.
• Serve as the primary contact for requirements clarification, priority questions, and scope decisions.
• Engage business stakeholders and end users to gather feedback, communicate progress, and support release readiness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in an Agile environment.
• 2+ years translating business requirements into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience in consulting or professional services.
• Ability to travel 0–50% as needed.

Required skills

• Jira or Azure DevOps for Agile delivery management.
• Experience with relational databases for data‑driven prioritization.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner, Professional Scrum Product Owner, or SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager.
