Clinical Operations Manager Finance (Remote)

About the role

This position is responsible for the performance and compliance of assigned clinical protocols, ensuring adherence to ICH/GCP standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements. The manager will lead contract and budget negotiations across all phases of the clinical trial lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze, negotiate, and execute site agreements and budgets, including CTAs, MCTAs, CDAs, and related amendments.
• Maintain contract and budget databases, perform quality control checks, and ensure timely execution of agreements.
• Collaborate with Clinical Research Managers, CRAs, regulatory and finance teams to deliver site‑ready documentation and mitigate risks.
• Develop and maintain relationships with investigational sites and Site Management Organizations.
• Contribute to SOP development, mentor team members, and act as a subject‑matter expert for process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with at least 3 years of contract or budget negotiation experience.
• Strong influencing, communication, and leadership abilities in both local language and English.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and make decisions with limited oversight.
• Experience managing multiple protocols simultaneously and resolving compliance, regulatory, or budget issues.
