Client Technology Manager

About the role

Atlas Technica is seeking a Client Technology Manager to lead the technical relationship and service delivery for assigned hedge‑fund clients. This senior, client‑facing role combines deep technical expertise with people leadership to ensure high‑quality support and strategic technology guidance.

Key responsibilities

• Own the technical relationship and act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Develop and maintain client technology roadmaps aligned with business, security and infrastructure goals.
• Provide consultative guidance on projects, infrastructure improvements and technology initiatives.
• Identify technical debt, security gaps and operational risks, and drive remediation.
• Manage escalations, coordinate resources and ensure timely resolution.
• Lead, coach and develop Systems Engineers and Senior Systems Engineers.
• Monitor service delivery metrics, SLA performance and client feedback.
• Partner with internal teams to improve overall client experience.

Required profile

• Significant experience in systems engineering, administration or technical support.
• Proven track record of leading and mentoring technical teams.
• Strong client‑relationship management in a professional‑services or MSP environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.

Required skills

• Design, implementation and support of Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Intune, Entra ID).
• Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, endpoint and identity management.
• Endpoint protection and email security tools (Sophos, CrowdStrike, Carbon Black, Mimecast, Proofpoint, Duo, Okta).
• Virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper‑V, Citrix).
• Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, VPN, routing, switching, firewalls).
• Enterprise firewall and switch experience (Palo Alto, Cisco, Meraki, Ubiquiti).
• Microsoft Azure architecture, implementation and operational support.
• Scripting/automation with PowerShell or Infrastructure as Code.
