About the role

Radical Numerics is seeking a Business Associate to support the leadership team in answering critical business questions and turning insights into action. This role involves preparing board materials, building financial models, and driving cross‑functional projects in a fast‑moving early‑stage company.

Key responsibilities

• Develop board and business‑development presentations, financial and operating models, and executive materials.
• Manage external relationships with partners, vendors, and stakeholders, coordinating communication and ensuring professional interactions.
• Own end‑to‑end projects across multiple teams, defining scope, timelines, and risks, and driving them to completion.
• Support leadership on priorities by creating trackers, processes, and documentation to keep the organization organized.
• Research markets and strategic opportunities, providing recommendations on partnerships, investments, and acquisitions.

Required profile

• MBA completed or nearing completion (undergraduate degree in computer science or life sciences is a plus).
• Approximately two years of experience at a top management consulting firm, investment bank, or similar analytical environment.
• Strong financial modeling, research, and structured problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written communication and presentation skills.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
