Chief Financial Officer

About the role

The CFO is the CEO’s key financial and strategic partner, responsible for all Finance, Accounting, and Strategy functions to help Rothy’s scale globally with strong financial discipline.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all Finance and Accounting functions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.
• Develop scalable financial systems, processes, and controls to support global, multi‑channel growth.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and capital allocation.
• Lead investor relations and Board communication.
• Partner with cross‑functional leaders to evaluate new opportunities, partnerships, and global expansion.

Required profile

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in Finance in consumer goods, retail, or adjacent industries.
• Proven track record as a CFO in a fast‑scaling, global, multi‑channel business.
• Deep financial expertise including planning, forecasting, capital allocation, and performance management.
• MBA and/or CPA preferred.
• Investor relations and Board communication experience.
