Founders Associate

About the role

Rillet is seeking a Founders Associate to work directly with the CEO and Chief of Staff, acting as the connective tissue that keeps high‑priority work moving. You will support strategic projects, improve internal processes, and ensure key initiatives reach completion.

Key responsibilities

• Own Claude at Rillet – build and deploy AI automations and serve as the internal expert.
• Track progress on key initiatives, flag risks early, and unblock stakeholders.
• Prepare internal and external communications, including investor updates and board materials.
• Apply analytical horsepower across functions to generate insights for decisions.
• Run operational processes and project‑manage multi‑stakeholder initiatives.

Required profile

• 1–3 years experience in management consulting, investment banking, or BizOps/strategy at a high‑growth startup.
• Proven ability to deliver in fast‑moving, ambiguous environments with minimal hand‑holding.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable with frequent context switching.
• Low ego, high ownership, and strong written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Claude AI platform.
