Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist – School-Based SLP

About the role

The SPEAK Center is seeking a full‑time bilingual Speech‑Language Pathologist to provide direct and consultative services to students in a school‑based setting. The SLP will support speech, language, voice and communication needs to help students access their educational program.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct speech‑language therapy and conduct screenings, evaluations, assessments and diagnoses.
• Develop, implement and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and collaborate with teachers, special‑education teams and other staff.
• Document services, write evaluation reports, maintain accurate records and participate in IEP and team meetings.
• Communicate evaluation results and recommendations to parents, teachers and school teams, and consult on classroom strategies.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology or related field.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC‑SLP) and bilingual speech‑language skills.
• Current or eligible Arizona SLP certification and license, plus ability to obtain a valid AZ IVP fingerprint clearance card.
• Strong communication, organization, documentation and collaboration abilities.
