Behavior Technician (Preschool ABA Therapist)

About the role

Bounce Therapy is seeking compassionate Behavior Technicians to deliver one‑on‑one ABA therapy to preschool‑aged children on the autism spectrum in its Vermont centers. You will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans and support each child’s progress toward greater independence.

Key responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one ABA therapy to preschool‑aged children under BCBA supervision.
• Accurately collect and record client data during therapy sessions.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and adjust as directed.
• Maintain open communication with families, BCBAs, and office staff.
• Demonstrate professionalism, punctuality, and reliability each day.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation to the Essex Junction or Colchester centers.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Experience working with children, especially those with autism or developmental disabilities, is preferred.
• RBT certification is a plus but not required.
