Registered Behavior Technician – Full‑Time

About the role

Bounce Therapy is seeking compassionate, dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians to provide one‑on‑one ABA therapy to children with autism at our ABA Preschool Center in Essex Junction, VT. This is a long‑term, full‑time position with a supportive team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions under BCBA supervision.
• Accurately collect and record client data during each session.
• Communicate regularly with families, BCBAs, and office staff.
• Follow treatment plans and support each child’s developmental goals.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• RBT certification preferred (not required).
• Experience working with children, especially those with developmental disabilities or autism, is strongly preferred.
