About the role

Aviation Technology Associates (AVTECH Global) seeks an Aviation Recruiter to drive high‑volume recruitment and expand the recruiting department by sourcing new client accounts in the aerospace sector.

Key responsibilities

Implement staffing processes with clients and applicants while ensuring regulatory compliance.
Source, interview, and evaluate qualified candidates for current and future client positions.
Develop and maintain relationships with applicants throughout the staffing process.
Utilize an applicant tracking system to manage requisitions and candidate pipelines.

Required profile

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 2 years progressive recruiting experience.
Strong business development skills with a track record of securing new client accounts.
Experience in the aerospace or aviation industry.

Required skills

Proficiency with internet and computer applications.
Knowledge of employment law and compliance issues.
