Associate GTM Recruiter

About the role

Rillet is looking for an Associate GTM Recruiter to help source and engage top talent for its go‑to‑market organization, initially focusing on post‑sales hiring. You will work directly with candidates from the first conversation through the interview process, helping build the team that powers the next generation of finance software.

Key responsibilities

• Find exceptional talent across Rillet’s GTM organization, especially in post‑sales roles.
• Research talent markets, map companies and teams, and understand where the best people are.
• Engage candidates with personalized outreach based on what motivates them.
• Own a small funnel of candidates, managing screens and interview coordination.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to sharpen talent judgment.
• Experiment with outreach channels, use data and feedback, and continuously improve results.
