Associate Director, Patient Support Data Strategy & Management

About the role

The Associate Director, Patient Support Data Strategy & Management will lead the end‑to‑end data and insights strategy for the Patient Support Program across hub services, specialty pharmacies, adherence programs and emerging support channels. This role designs the data foundation, measurement framework and reporting approach to understand patient progression from prescription through access, onboarding, fulfillment, adherence and persistence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the brand‑wide data strategy, design and mapping for Patient Support Programs, including hubs, specialty pharmacies and new channels.
• Translate strategic priorities and analytical findings into clear data specifications, deliverables and service‑level expectations.
• Manage data integrity and day‑to‑day interfaces with internal and external partners to ensure timely data delivery and continuous improvement.
• Develop segmentation and risk‑scoring models to identify patients at risk of delayed fill or discontinuation and enable proactive interventions.
• Create dashboards and routine reports to measure program performance, flag emerging trends and recommend actions for leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required.
• 5+ years of experience in pharmaceuticals or healthcare, preferably in patient support programs, data analytics or specialty pharmacy.
• Deep understanding of hub services, specialty pharmacy operations, prescription fulfillment workflows and PSP reporting.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and influence stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
