Account Executive – Commercial

About the role

Ramp is building smart finance infrastructure and seeks a Commercial Account Executive to drive revenue by managing the full sales cycle with C‑level executives. You will help shape the sales engine and strategy for a fast‑growing startup.

Key responsibilities

• Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close, driving monthly revenue.
• Develop territory strategies and use sales methodologies to uncover customer needs.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to feed customer feedback.
• Maintain activity and revenue forecasts in Salesforce.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of quota‑carrying SaaS sales experience in a full‑cycle closing role.
• Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience closing 10‑15 deals per month with average ACV around $30K.
• Ability to engage C‑level executives and finance teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce.
• Strong outbound prospecting and product demonstration abilities.
• Analytical and quantitative skills for consultative selling.
