About the role

Join a close‑knit ABA team delivering one‑on‑one therapy to children in their homes. You’ll work under BCBA supervision, building communication, social and daily living skills while collecting data and supporting families.

Key responsibilities

Deliver individualized ABA therapy in clients’ homes according to treatment plans.
Implement skill‑acquisition and behavior‑reduction programs under BCBA supervision.
Collect accurate data, complete session notes and communicate progress with the supervising BCBA.
Build genuine, professional relationships with children and their families.

Required profile

Passion for working with children.
Active RBT certification (preferred).
Reliable transportation for in‑home sessions.
Fluency in Spanish (preferred).
