Valet Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an energetic Valet Supervisor to lead our parking team in Austin, TX. You will ensure smooth valet operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and support local management with daily administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Motivate and lead staff, fostering teamwork and a customer‑focused environment.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and assist with accident/incident reports.
• Assist with training, scheduling, and performance evaluations of valet personnel.
• Maintain inventory of equipment, uniforms, and supplies; reconcile daily bank reports and ticket logs.
• Track field bank transactions, uniform issuance, and parking violations.
• Monitor facility cleanliness and safety, reporting issues to management.
• Perform valet, attendant, or cashier duties as needed.

Required profile

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license held for a minimum of 2 years.
• One‑year related parking or customer‑service experience.
• Ability to stand, run, and lift items up to 50 lb.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and resolving customer issues positively.
• Reliable, organized, honest, and dependable.
