Vice President, Global Supply Chain, Logistics, and Fulfillment

About the role

FIT House of Brands is seeking a Vice President to lead its global supply chain, logistics, and fulfillment operations. This senior executive will shape strategy, drive efficiency, and support rapid international expansion across the fitness franchise network.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary supply chain advocate at the leadership level, integrating strategy with franchise sales, real estate, finance, legal, and operations.
• Mentor and develop the Director of Supply Chain and broader team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Monitor global risks (e.g., port strikes, trade disruptions) and maintain a business‑continuity playbook.
• Scout emerging technologies, evaluating AI and IoT solutions for future automation and visibility.
• Manage third‑party partners, enforcing service‑level agreements and performance expectations.
• Maintain a demand roadmap aligned with global expansion goals, using forecasting methods such as moving averages, trend projections, and seasonality adjustments.
• Lead collaborative planning sessions with key global providers to secure capacity for projected growth.
• Incorporate macro‑economic indicators into demand models to anticipate market shifts.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience leading global supply chain, logistics, fulfillment, and customer service in multi‑unit franchise, retail, fitness, hospitality, or consumer products environments.
• Track record of building high‑performing teams, optimizing end‑to‑end processes, and delivering accurate inventory and demand planning.
• Demonstrated ability to develop scalable solutions that support rapid business growth.
• Strong strategic thinking, risk management, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
