Vice President, Global Supply Chain, Logistics, and Fulfillment

About the role

FIT House of Brands is seeking a Vice President to lead its global supply chain, logistics, and fulfillment operations. This senior executive will shape strategy, drive performance, and support rapid international expansion across the fitness franchise network.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary supply chain advocate at the leadership level, integrating strategy with franchise sales, real‑estate, finance, legal and operations.
• Mentor and develop the Director of Supply Chain and broader team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Monitor global risks (port strikes, trade disputes) and maintain a business‑continuity playbook.
• Scout emerging technologies, evaluating AI and IoT solutions for automation and visibility.
• Manage third‑party partners, enforcing service‑level agreements and performance metrics.
• Maintain a demand roadmap aligned with global expansion goals, using moving averages, trend projections and seasonality adjustments.
• Lead collaborative planning sessions with key providers to secure capacity for projected growth.
• Incorporate macro‑economic indicators into demand models to anticipate market shifts.

Required profile

• Strategic, results‑driven executive with extensive experience leading global supply chain, logistics and fulfillment in multi‑unit franchise, retail, fitness, hospitality or consumer products environments.
• Proven track record building high‑performing teams, optimizing end‑to‑end processes and improving inventory and demand‑planning accuracy.
• Demonstrated ability to develop scalable solutions that support rapid business growth.
