Flight Attendant – Corporate Aviation

About the role

HP Inc. is looking for a professional Flight Attendant to join its Corporate Aviation team in Palo Alto. You will provide a safe, discreet, and world‑class onboard experience for executives, employees, and guests traveling on HP’s private aircraft.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure passenger safety and compliance with FAA regulations, conduct pre‑flight briefings, and manage emergency equipment.
• Prepare the cabin for each flight, maintain cleanliness, organize inventory, and coordinate catering aligned with dietary preferences.
• Deliver personalized, high‑discretion service to executives and guests, anticipating needs and handling confidential information.
• Collaborate with pilots, schedulers, and ground support to support efficient flight operations and turnaround activities.
• Maintain accurate records of catering, flight logs, inventory, and assist with trip planning, including international travel requirements.

Required profile

• FAA Flight Attendant Certification (or ability to obtain).
• 3–5 years of flight attendant experience, preferably in corporate or private aviation.
• Strong knowledge of in‑flight safety procedures and hospitality standards.
• Flexibility to work variable schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid passport with ability to travel internationally.
