Vice President, Global Supply Chain, Logistics, and Fulfillment

About the role

FIT House of Brands is seeking a Vice President to lead its global supply chain, logistics, and fulfillment operations. This senior executive will shape strategy, drive performance, and support rapid international growth across the fitness franchise network.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary supply chain advocate at the leadership level, integrating strategy with sales, real estate, finance, legal, and operations.
• Mentor and develop the Director of Supply Chain and broader team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Monitor global risks (e.g., port strikes, trade disputes) and maintain a business‑continuity playbook.
• Evaluate emerging technologies such as AI and IoT to enhance automation and visibility.
• Enforce service‑level expectations for all third‑party partners, vendors, and suppliers.
• Maintain a demand roadmap aligned with global expansion goals and financial targets.
• Implement forecasting methods (moving averages, trend projections, seasonality adjustments) and incorporate macroeconomic indicators into demand planning.

Required profile

• Strategic, results‑driven supply chain executive with extensive experience in global logistics, fulfillment, and customer service.
• Proven track record building high‑performing teams and optimizing end‑to‑end supply chain processes.
• Experience in multi‑unit, franchise, retail, fitness, hospitality, or consumer products environments.
• Strong risk‑management mindset and ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives.
