Production Coordinator – Live Events

About the role

HYBE America is seeking a highly organized Production Coordinator to join its Live Production team. Based in Santa Monica, you will support the execution of live performances, festivals, TV appearances, award shows, and tours for global girl groups KATSEYE and SAINT SATINE.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily production logistics for live events, festivals, award shows, and tours.
• Travel domestically and internationally with the production team to manage on‑site logistics, itineraries, and production needs.
• Track and execute production schedules, monitor event budgets, and manage approval pipelines.
• Source, contact, and coordinate technical crews and external vendors.
• Provide on‑site support during concerts and promotional runs, managing day‑of‑show schedules and vendor load‑ins.
• Maintain organized production files, data tracking sheets, and creative decks (PowerPoint/Keynote) for the executive team.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in live entertainment production, tour management, or a related field.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently, including weekends and holidays.
• Passion for production operations within the fast‑paced music industry.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with technical crews and internal executives.
