Pricing Analyst - Warehouse Solutions

About the role

The Pricing Analyst will work at the intersection of warehouse operations, solution design, pricing and finance. Reporting to commercial leadership, you will partner with Sales and Client Solutions to build accurate pricing models that support new business and existing contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Sales and Client Solutions teams to understand customer requirements and develop tailored warehouse and fulfilment solutions.
• Analyse customer profiles, operational requirements, volumes, inventory, labour requirements and other key cost drivers.
• Develop detailed warehouse pricing and cost models ensuring solutions are operationally realistic and commercially viable.
• Calculate cost‑to‑serve across labour, storage, handling, equipment, facilities and value‑added services.
• Prepare commercial proposals and pricing structures, applying appropriate margins based on market conditions and strategic value.
• Maintain and improve warehouse cost and pricing databases and ensure cost assumptions stay current.
• Review pricing and operational performance after launch, identifying discrepancies and improvement opportunities.
• Support annual pricing reviews, tariff/indexation processes and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• 3+ years experience in logistics, warehousing, contract logistics, 3PL or supply chain.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and cost drivers.
• Experience in pricing, commercial analysis, solution design or business analysis.
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field.
• Excellent numerical and analytical capability with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to translate operational data into clear commercial recommendations.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for interaction with sales, operations, finance and senior stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel across the US as required.
