Field Service Technician – Greater Springfield Area

About the role

We are seeking an entry‑level Field Service Technician to service reverse vending machines (RVMs) at retail locations throughout the Greater Springfield area. The role combines hands‑on mechanical work with on‑the‑road troubleshooting and offers full training.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to local stores to inspect, diagnose, and repair RVMs.
• Replace faulty mechanical and electrical components using provided tools.
• Maintain machine uptime to ensure smooth operation for store partners and customers.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) and a valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb and push/pull up to 150 lb.
• Willingness to work a rotating schedule that includes weekends.
• Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship.

Required skills
