Technical Product Sr. Manager – Global Supply Chain Finance

About the role

Johnson & Johnson seeks a senior leader to drive global standardization of ERP technology solutions within Pharma Supply Chain Finance. The role oversees platform governance, continuous improvement, and integration across the digital ecosystem to deliver strategic business value.

Key responsibilities

• Lead ERP platform governance, continuous improvement and efficiency for Supply Chain Finance.
• Design and implement integrated solutions for financial flows across planning, manufacturing, logistics, tax and finance functions.
• Define technology roadmaps, prioritize features, manage backlog and demand intake.
• Oversee technical testing, user acceptance testing and ensure compliance of end‑to‑end builds.
• Standardize business processes for Intercompany sales, toll manufacturing and other finance flows.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in ERP finance, supply chain or related technical product management roles.
• Proven experience with multinational end‑to‑end financial and logistical flows.
• Experience leading SAP S/4 HANA implementations and global rollouts.

Required skills

• SAP ERP integration (PP, MM, SD, FI, CO) and S/4 HANA implementation.
• SAP modules: Product Costing, Material Ledger, CO‑PA, Project System, Treasury, Fixed Assets.
• SAP middleware and add‑on tools (Concur, ILM, DART, VIM, Vertex, SAC).
• Multi‑currency, cost accounting, inter‑company accounting.
• Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
