Strategic Partner Development – Product Partnerships (Cybersecurity)

About the role

Anthropic is seeking a senior Product Partnerships specialist to shape its cybersecurity ecosystem strategy. The role focuses on building and managing strategic collaborations with SIEM/SOAR, EDR, identity, cloud security, GRC, and AI‑native security startups. You will work closely with product, research, engineering, and go‑to‑market teams to define joint solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Research, source, structure, and close strategic partnerships across the security landscape.
• Serve as the internal security partnership expert, informing product and leadership on market opportunities.
• Map the ecosystem, prioritize high‑impact organizations, and maintain a clear partnership pipeline.
• Navigate multi‑departmental processes (R&D, IT, legal, compliance, procurement) to finalize deals.
• Coordinate product or platform integrations with partner engineering teams, ensuring quality standards.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with research, product, engineering, policy, and legal to create compliant, valuable agreements.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the security industry, focusing on partnerships, business development, alliances, or product collaborations.
• Deep familiarity with SIEM/SOAR, EDR/XDR, identity, cloud/workload security, GRC, and AI‑native security startups.
• Proven track record of closing complex, multi‑stakeholder security partnerships.
• Entrepreneurial operating style with the ability to work independently.
• Technical fluency in security workflows and AI/ML concepts to engage with CISOs and product leaders.
• Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance environments affecting enterprise security.
