Solution Consultant – NetSuite

About the role

Riveron is seeking a Solution Consultant with deep NetSuite expertise to join its Technology Enablement practice. You will work closely with strategy teams to deliver NetSuite implementations, optimizations, integrations and technical support for a range of clients.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with strategy team members to design and configure NetSuite solutions that meet client business requirements.
• Develop proof‑of‑concepts, customize environments, and present sustainable solutions to client executives.
• Gather and translate business requirements into NetSuite functionality, conduct workshops and define implementation strategies.
• Build custom scripted solutions, perform internal testing and user‑acceptance testing on client NetSuite instances.
• Support pre‑sales activities, assess project effort, and serve as the primary technical resource throughout engagements.
• Train end‑users on NetSuite processes and provide ongoing customer service.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or Management Information Systems.
• 3‑5 years of NetSuite implementation or optimization experience.
• Proven ability to gather business requirements and implement ERP, CRM, and PSA solutions.
• Consulting experience with other business applications (e.g., QuickBooks, Intacct, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft) is a plus.
• Willingness to travel as needed and engage in Riveron’s culture and internal initiatives.
