Software Engineer, Integrations

About the role

Rilla is building AI-powered sales coaching software for offline businesses. As a Software Engineer, Integrations you will work directly with customers to design and implement solutions that integrate their data with Rilla's conversational intelligence platform.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to understand their data challenges and design integration solutions.
• Develop full‑stack features and data pipelines using TypeScript, Python, and related technologies.
• Handle massive‑scale data wrangling, storage, and processing.
• Iterate quickly, incorporate feedback, and deliver high‑quality code.
• Travel up to 50% to client sites to deploy and support integrations.

Required profile

• Strong coding skills with proven proficiency in languages such as JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, C++, or Rust.
• Experience with storage, data processing systems, and cloud infrastructure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to work closely with customers and teammates.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work on‑site in a fast‑paced environment.
