Senior Consultant - Software Implementation (Remote)

About the role

Veeva Systems is a mission‑driven leader in industry cloud for life sciences, helping companies bring therapies to patients faster. The Vault CRM platform is delivering next‑generation AI‑enabled technology, and the team is seeking senior consultants to drive implementation and post‑implementation success for life‑science customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops with customers to align best practices and design solutions based on requirements.
• Translate complex client and solution concepts into clear, actionable guidance for diverse audiences.
• Develop deep expertise in the Vault platform and apply it to customer engagements.
• Plan, manage, and execute application build, test, and deployment activities.
• Identify and monitor inter‑dependencies across program or project workstreams.
• Create project deliverables and standards, including process documentation.
• Establish post‑go‑live support activities and manage ongoing application changes.
• Mentor junior team members to foster a collaborative environment.

Required profile

• 7+ years of consulting or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record engaging senior management and executives as a subject‑matter expert.
• Ability to articulate complex client and vendor concepts to varied audiences.
• Strong presentation and solution‑design skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time, with flexibility for remote work.
