Senior Consultant – Marketing Software

About the role

Veeva Systems is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead implementation of its Commercial Content applications (PromoMats, MedComms, MedInquiry) for life‑science customers. This remote, full‑time position partners with clients to maximize the capabilities of the Veeva Vault platform.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops with customers, aligning best practices to solution requirements.
• Translate complex client and vendor concepts into clear presentations for varied audiences.
• Develop deep expertise in the Veeva Vault platform and configure applications.
• Plan, manage, and execute build, test, and deployment activities.
• Identify and monitor inter‑dependencies across project work streams.
• Create project deliverables, standards, and after‑go‑live support plans.

Required profile

• 7+ years of consulting experience, preferably in life sciences, healthcare, or document/content management.
• Proven track record engaging senior management and executives as a subject‑matter expert.
• Strong presentation and solution‑design skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% during implementation phases.

• Veeva Vault platform expertise.
• Implementation experience with PromoMats.
