SAP Program Manager (Remote, US)

About the role

Infosys is seeking an experienced SAP Program Manager to lead large‑scale ERP initiatives for its manufacturing clients in the US. The role will be based anywhere in the United States and can be performed remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration and data‑driven decision‑making to ensure cohesive project execution.
• Engage senior stakeholders and executive leadership to define project scope and achieve consensus.
• Evaluate and refine project‑management processes, incorporating best practices for efficiency.
• Establish quality benchmarks and implement risk‑management strategies.
• Monitor project margins and align performance with financial targets.
• Develop RFP responses, participate in client discussions, and drive go‑to‑market strategies.
• Allocate resources and set performance objectives to align team efforts with project goals.
• Lead organizational change initiatives and design training roadmaps for smooth adoption.
