About the role
Anthropic is looking for a Research Product Manager to lead the Labs team in creating breakthrough AI‑driven products. You will translate cutting‑edge research into experimental prototypes and eventually market‑ready solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with researchers to surface emerging AI capabilities and assess user impact.
- Identify nascent research that can become transformative products.
- Build and test low‑cost prototypes to validate concepts before scaling.
- Own end‑to‑end 0‑to‑1 product development, from research to internal MVPs to shipped offerings.
- Define product strategy, vision, roadmap, and execution for frontier AI initiatives.
Required profile
- Deep technical background with experience delivering technical products alongside engineering teams.
- Comfort operating in high‑ambiguity environments and shifting domains to solve business problems.
- Proven track record of launching ambitious products that achieved commercial traction.
- Creative mindset for evaluating risks and benefits of new technologies.
- Hands‑on familiarity with the latest AI research and industry trends.
