• Partner with customers' security teams, internal engineering, and third‑party auditors to translate requirements into product features.
• Prototype and build solutions quickly, collaborating closely with design and engineering.
• Think adversarially to anticipate edge cases, failure modes, and rigorous security standards.
• Turn security and governance into intuitive, desirable experiences for users.

Required profile

• Strong product management or startup product experience, having shipped polished, design‑forward software.
• Exceptional product and visual taste with strong information‑architecture instincts and a natural partnership with design.
• Deep intuition for large language models (LLMs) and hands‑on experience building AI‑driven interfaces.
• Technical competence: able to prototype, ship code, and work closely with engineers.
• Ability to present confidently to senior finance stakeholders and represent Rogo with polish.
• Detail‑oriented, high‑output, and collaborative mindset with low ego.
