Product Manager – Financial Services AI

About the role

Brain Co. is building AI‑native operating systems for regulated institutions. As the first Product Manager for the Financial Services vertical, you will shape the product line that powers banks, asset managers and corporate finance teams, turning each deployment into a reusable capability.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the product roadmap, standards and core capabilities for the Financial Services vertical.
• Collaborate with AI deployment leads, engineering and design teams to translate on‑site discoveries into product features.
• Run discovery sessions with controllers, underwriters, analysts and operators to capture real‑world workflows.
• Set quality metrics (accuracy, adoption, hours returned) and ensure regulatory compliance and safe failure modes.
• Prototype solutions quickly, either in design tools or code, and iterate based on user feedback.
• Maintain the accuracy and control model, deciding where AI agents act versus human review.

Required profile

• 7+ years of end‑to‑end product management experience, preferably in AI or complex enterprise software.
• Proven track record of launching products, iterating post‑launch, and driving measurable customer value.
• Deep understanding of financial services workflows and regulatory constraints.
• Ability to work on‑site with end users and translate insights into product decisions.

Required skills

• Product management methodologies (roadmapping, discovery, metrics).
• Experience with AI/ML‑driven products and agent‑based systems.
• Strong analytical mindset for defining accuracy and control models.
