Product Manager – Enterprise

About the role

Rogo is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own the enterprise platform that enables the world’s largest financial institutions to adopt, extend, and scale with Rogo’s AI‑driven solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own the API/MCP and extensibility layer that lets firms and partners build on Rogo.
• Build and maintain admin, permissioning, and entitlement systems for complex organizational structures.
• Define and manage billing, credits, consumption limits, and the overall pricing and packaging model.
• Partner with sales, post‑sales, and enablement teams to translate commercial needs into product features.
• Prototype, design, and ship features quickly, collaborating closely with engineering and design.
• Ensure high quality and usability across the enterprise experience used by large institutions.

Required profile

• Strong product management or startup product experience with shipped products.
• Commercial instincts, comfortable owning pricing and packaging.
• Deep intuition for large language models (LLMs) and hands‑on experience with AI tools.
• Technical foundation – able to prototype, build code, and work closely with engineers.
• High standards for craft, usability, and enterprise‑grade systems.
• Ability to present confidently to senior enterprise and finance leaders.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, high‑output with low ego.
