Infosys is seeking an Oracle ERP Project Manager to lead the delivery of Oracle Cloud Financials solutions for clients in Pittsburgh, PA. The role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop business requirement documents capturing functional and non‑functional needs through workshops and stakeholder interviews.
• Design high‑level and detailed solution architectures, validate prototypes, and incorporate feedback.
• Lead development teams, define coding standards, and ensure adherence to design specifications.
• Create and execute comprehensive testing strategies aligned with requirements.
• Manage technical implementation of system infrastructure and new software applications, coordinating roll‑outs to minimize disruption.
• Monitor incident trends, perform root‑cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
• Maintain knowledge bases and documentation to support ongoing operations.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large‑scale Oracle ERP implementations, preferably in a consulting environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive projects to completion on schedule.
