About the role
Bloom is seeking a National Vice President of Sales to lead its nationwide sales strategy. This senior executive will drive revenue growth, strengthen customer relationships, and expand the brand’s presence across key markets.
Key responsibilities
- Own national sales performance, including revenue planning, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
- Lead Regional Sales Managers to set targets, prioritize markets, and execute plans that meet company goals.
- Develop and manage key accounts, national accounts, and strategic channel partners.
- Collaborate with the CMO and Creative Director to align sales strategy with brand initiatives and create programs that boost sell‑through and customer loyalty.
- Build and scale high‑performing sales teams, recruiting top talent and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Required profile
- 10+ years of sales leadership experience in retail, CPG, or a related consumer industry.
- 5+ years building and scaling sales organizations across multiple regions.
- Proven record of driving revenue growth, expanding distribution, and increasing market share.
- Strong experience in national account management, sales forecasting, budgeting, and profitability analysis.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and team development abilities.
