Hemostasis Sales Specialist – Atlanta/Charlotte Region

About the role

The Hemostasis Sales Specialist (Coagulation) drives growth of Siemens Healthineers' Hemostasis portfolio across the Atlanta and Charlotte region. Acting as a field‑based subject‑matter expert, the role leads high‑value sales engagements with hospitals, IDNs, reference labs and academic centers to expand market share and customer adoption of capital equipment, automation, reagents and informatics solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory and specialty growth strategies for the Hemostasis (Coagulation) portfolio, including account prioritization and multi‑year revenue planning.
• Lead complex sales cycles, handling executive discovery, stakeholder mapping, business‑case creation, competitive positioning and contract negotiation.
• Build executive‑level relationships with C‑suite, laboratory, clinical, procurement and IT leaders to position Siemens Healthineers as the preferred strategic partner.
• Orchestrate matrixed team‑selling across Diagnostics Sales, Marketing, Scientific Affairs, Service and Finance to deliver coordinated enterprise strategies.
• Maintain disciplined commercial execution, including funnel management, forecast accuracy, CRM governance and strategic account planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive sales experience in clinical diagnostics, laboratory solutions or medical devices.
• Proven success leading enterprise‑level engagements across hospital systems, IDNs and reference laboratories.
• Ability to travel up to 75 % of the time and hold a valid driver’s license.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Experience with Miller Heiman methodology (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
