Full Stack Software Engineer (Mid‑Senior)

About the role

Revel is building a next‑generation software stack for mission‑critical hardware across aerospace, automotive, energy and manufacturing. We need a mid‑to‑senior Full Stack Engineer to own product outcomes across the entire stack, delivering fast, reliable operator interfaces and backend services.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build browser‑based operator interfaces that remain fast and legible under continuous high‑rate data streams.
• Develop and maintain backend services and APIs that power those interfaces.
• Lead greenfield projects and help define system architecture.
• Work across the stack on data flow, rendering performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with engineers and operators to translate real‑world workflows into software.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ownership mindset.

Required skills

• TypeScript and React with deep knowledge of rendering performance.
• Backend development in a compiled or systems language such as Rust, Go, C/C++ or Java.
• Experience building and operating production APIs and services.
• Real‑time or streaming data handling in the browser (WebSockets, high‑frequency updates, live charting).
• Production experience with concurrent programming.
