About the role

SafeLease is looking for a driven Full Stack Engineer to build, test, and ship features across the entire stack. You will collaborate closely with leadership and help shape the future of our insurance platform.

Key responsibilities

  • Write clean, maintainable code focusing on reliability, performance, and simplicity.
  • Collaborate with Product and Design to create intuitive, user‑first features.
  • Debug issues, improve code quality, and strengthen system reliability.
  • Participate in code reviews, planning sessions, and team discussions.

Required profile

  • 2+ years of full‑stack development experience.
  • Curious, resourceful, and eager to grow technical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaborative mindset.

Required skills

  • Frontend: TypeScript, JavaScript, React.
  • Backend: Node.js, Express.js, REST APIs.
  • Infrastructure: relational databases, Git, AWS.
