About the role
The Director of Retail will lead a global network of ten luxury boutiques and associated hospitality venues. Reporting to the President, you will be responsible for driving commercial performance while safeguarding the brand’s cultural identity and immersive client experience.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute global retail strategy across all boutique locations.
- Drive sales, profitability and KPI achievement; partner with Finance on budgeting and forecasting.
- Oversee hospitality operations (bars, restaurants) ensuring brand alignment, service excellence and cost control.
- Champion an elevated client journey, develop service standards, and support cultural events.
- Lead, mentor and develop Store Leaders and Hospitality Managers; collaborate with HR on recruitment and succession planning.
- Support new boutique launches and international expansion, coordinating operational setup and design integration.
Required profile
- 10+ years senior leadership experience in luxury retail environments.
- Proven ability to manage multi‑unit operations across multiple regions.
- Strong financial acumen with full P&L ownership.
- Deep understanding of luxury clienteling and experiential retail.
- Preferred experience overseeing hospitality concepts (restaurant, bar, or café).
