Senior People Partner

About the role

The Senior People Partner will work closely with senior leaders to shape talent strategy, drive employee engagement, and support organizational growth. This role ensures a high‑performing, inclusive workforce by aligning people initiatives with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to align talent strategies with overall business goals.
• Guide leaders through rapid organizational shifts, team realignments, and product pivots while maintaining operational momentum.
• Coach managers on effective team management, performance delivery, and succession planning.
• Support business leaders in restructuring, scaling, workforce planning, and change initiatives.
• Identify talent needs, conduct skills‑gap analysis, and work with recruiters to attract top talent.
• Lead quarterly and annual performance reviews, talent calibration, and career progression frameworks.
• Manage complex employee‑relations matters, conduct investigations, and advise on performance‑improvement plans.
• Analyze employee survey feedback and partner with leaders to implement engagement action plans.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to achieve project goals and deliver results.

Required profile

• Proven experience partnering with senior leaders on HR strategy.
• Demonstrated ability to manage employee‑relations issues and lead investigations.
• Experience guiding organizations through restructuring, scaling, and change initiatives.
• Strong coaching and succession‑planning capabilities.
