Senior Talent Development & People Programs Manager

About the role

Reporting to the Director of Talent Development & People Programs, this senior manager leads leader and manager development, performance management, career development, and team effectiveness consulting for Rowan Digital Infrastructure. The role designs systems and experiences that help leaders, teams, and employees grow and deliver measurable business outcomes in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders and People Business Partners to identify development needs and create scalable learning solutions.
• Co‑create and drive a multi‑year leadership development strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Design, deliver, and evaluate leadership and manager transition programs, including 360‑degree feedback and coaching.
• Lead the design and evolution of the performance management framework, overseeing the full performance cycle and related training.
• Own the career development strategy, creating resources and integrating development touchpoints into performance conversations.
• Serve as an internal team development consultant, diagnosing challenges and facilitating team effectiveness sessions.
• Partner with People Operations to develop dashboards, track success metrics, and continuously improve programs.

Required profile

• 8+ years progressive experience in leadership development, organizational development, or talent management.
• Proven end‑to‑end ownership of programs and processes in high‑growth or hybrid environments.
• Strong project and change management skills with ability to manage cross‑functional initiatives.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, capable of engaging senior executives.

Required skills

• Certification and experience with at least one behavioral or personality assessment tool (e.g., DiSC, Hogan, 5 Behaviors).
• Expertise in adult learning and behavior‑science principles applied to employee development.
• Ability to design blended learning experiences and facilitate executive‑level sessions.
