Senior Accountant

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Senior Accountant to lead financial reporting, month‑end and year‑end close processes, and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Manage month‑end and year‑end closing, reconcile general ledger accounts and bank statements.
• Oversee accounts payable, receivable and fixed assets, and prepare tax schedules.
• Support internal and external audits and develop management reports with recommendations.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, cash‑flow management and improve accounting processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 5–8 years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a senior role.
• Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CMA) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting and taxation.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with accounting/ERP software (e.g., NetSuite).
• Ability to prepare financial statements and support audits.
• Familiarity with Business Intelligence reporting tools (optional).
